How hard could this thing be ?

We have had a really hard time planning this as an organization due to the fact that we are more closely a fellowship rather than an association. We are a collection of friends, that, for the most part, have never met one another, and as such its very difficult to plan and make it all come together. So, what we have done is simply break it down do this: A group of us from the Grey Area are getting together in Akron this April. Anyone from here who would like to join us are very welcome.

The Bash is still the Bash, but we made some sacrifices to obtain some advantages. First as a group we were entitled to a few privileges that separate people were not, such as having the banquet room for free. But this meant that if we did not have at east fifty rooms rented we would have to pay for it. Secondly, all the rooms had to be reserved in advance. Which means that if any one person canceled then we would be stuck with a cancellation fee that was pretty significant. Imagine several people canceling and you get the picture.
